1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BulletinBlessed ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BulletinBlessed provides a web-based platform that allows churches and religious organizations to create, edit, and export weekly bulletins. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

All paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Each plan begins with a 3-day free trial. After the trial period ends, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically at the applicable monthly rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to the Service until that date. BulletinBlessed does not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BulletinBlessed only for lawful purposes related to creating church bulletins and religious publications. You may not use the Service to store, distribute, or publish content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using BulletinBlessed. By using the Service, you grant BulletinBlessed a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

9. Third-Party Services

BulletinBlessed uses Stripe for payment processing and Google Analytics for usage analytics. Use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

BulletinBlessed is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, BulletinBlessed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Account data: church name, your name, email address, and password (hashed).
• Bulletin content: text, sermon notes, announcements, and service details you enter into the editor.
• Payment data: billing is handled entirely by Stripe. BulletinBlessed never stores your card number, CVV, or full payment details.

We also collect data automatically:

• Usage analytics via Google Analytics: pages visited, session duration, device type, and general geographic region. This data is anonymized and aggregated.
• Log data: IP address, browser type, and access timestamps for security and debugging purposes.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service
• To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (receipts, trial reminders, service updates)
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the product (via Google Analytics)
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Google Analytics

BulletinBlessed uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymized usage data. This data is sent to Google and processed under Google's privacy policy. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by adjusting your cookie settings.

4. Stripe (Payment Processing)

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you subscribe, your payment information is submitted directly to Stripe and never passes through or is stored on BulletinBlessed servers. Stripe's use of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe — to process payments
• Google — for analytics (anonymized)
• Legal authorities — if required by law

6. Cookies

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Free Trial

Every BulletinBlessed plan begins with a 3-day free trial. During this period, you will not be charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will never be billed. This is the only way to use BulletinBlessed at no cost.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings → Danger Zone → Cancel Plan inside your dashboard. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.
• You retain full access to all features until the end of your current paid billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any portion of the current period already paid.

No Chargebacks

Exceptions

In rare cases of documented billing errors caused solely by BulletinBlessed (e.g., being charged twice for the same period), we will correct the error promptly. These cases are handled at our sole discretion and do not constitute a general refund policy.

When will I be charged?

Your 3-day free trial begins the moment you create your account. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged the first time on day 4. After that, billing recurs monthly on the same date.

Can I cancel during the trial?

Yes — cancel any time before day 4 and you will never be charged. Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Cancel Plan.

What happens when I cancel?

Your subscription stops renewing. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. No further charges occur.

Can I get a refund?

No. All subscription charges are final and non-refundable. We offer a 3-day free trial specifically so you can evaluate the Service before being charged.

Can I dispute a charge?

Please contact us at billing@bulletinblessed.com before contacting your bank. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first are a violation of our Terms and may result in account termination.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or switch plans any time from Settings → Change Plan. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

How is my payment data secured?

All payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. BulletinBlessed never stores your card number or CVV.

Getting Started

After creating your account, go to New Bulletin in the left sidebar. Fill in your church name, service details, order of service, sermon notes, and announcements. Click Refresh Preview to see a live formatted preview, then Save & Publish when ready.

Exporting to PDF

Use the Print / Save PDF button in the preview toolbar. This opens your browser's print dialog — select "Save as PDF" as the destination. For best results, set margins to "None" and enable background graphics.

Duplicating a Bulletin

In My Bulletins, click the Duplicate button next to any past bulletin. This creates a new draft pre-filled with last week's content — just update the date and any changed details.

Managing Your Subscription

Go to Settings & Billing in the sidebar. From there you can view your current plan status, change your plan, or cancel your subscription.
